Liscartan House

Kensington & Chelsea, London

Brief

To refurbish the offices over several floors, modernise and improve usable space.

Description

Liscartan House is a typical 1970’s office building. Internally the offices were served by perimeter heating and cooling systems. As was standard at the time, all windows were single glazed. Our role was to implement an improved office space design through a comprehensive refurbishment of the premises allowing for future partitioning of office space to be considered according to the needs of the client.

New, modern fire alarm systems installed including smoke detection and sounders.

Double glazed windows were installed in keeping with the original styling of the building and to maximise floor space even further the window winding systems were tapered down to floor level.
